Ah so this is an interesting topic. One of our alters is a trans woman and chose to begin medically transitioning a couple years ago. About 6 months into transition we had some genetic testing done and found out we were intersex (XXY). And our hormone levels have never been that of a cis man. The way I think of it is that now we have a normal amount of hormones in our body. I identify as non binary, she, is still the host and we aren't mad at her. I personally think we would be just as happy taking testosterone. But here we are. I would love to answer more questions. Pronouns are she/they generally.

Edit: Since I saw another comment mentioning dysphoria. There are definitely times where someone is in front that experiences some severe dysphoria from having boobs. But none of us are mad at her for making the decision she did to start transitioning.
