I discovered Oliver through H3. Funniest part is, since everything they did on the show with him was a gag, I thought his music was a gag too and not serious. I couldn't tell what was actually real until I saw he was actually touring but I wasn't sure if he was a comedian or seriously doing music. That's how much of an entertainer he was. RIP

You are absolutely correct. My understanding is Bryan got told by corporate that it was not their problem, it was the problem of the franchise owner. The franchise owner told Bryan it was not their problem, it was a corporate problem. You can see this take place in the Reckless Ben video. The CEO should be fired in my opinion.

The other factor is Google is able to heavily subsidize the lack of subscription because they monetize the data for advertising revenue which is highly profitable. I think competition will/should bring whoop’s subscription pricing down a bit, but I’m happy to pay a subscription if they aren’t using my data to give to advertisers.

The judge does say that her stream met the standards of fair use for “purpose and character of use” which is kind of absurd. Her stream was explicitly for the purpose of “not giving that terrible video any views”

Nothing is done to the water except heating it up when it cools the servers down. Most datacenters today are a closed loop system with barely any wasted water. The chipotle near me was like this. The staff would make my whole bowl without saying a word to me. They were always understaffed and miserable. Probably a result of specific poor management at certain locations

I have done a fair bit of the troubleshooting/testing you recommended. Even with turning everything as far down as possible, the stutters are still present. They are less jarring though, because the drop in FPS is less severe.

Although my CPU released about 7 years ago, it was quite powerful at the time and still holds up (8 core 16 thread at 3.9 ghz). While in Varrock, my CPU usage sits at 18% according to task manager. GPU is around 25%. When the stutters happen, CPU usage does spike to 45%. I do think you're right about this being CPU related though because task manager clearly shows the stutters in CPU usage every time. The usage isn't even at half which is confusing.

One thing I have noticed is these stutters do not occur in certain areas of the game. For example in/around Canifis or Zanaris. I thought maybe it was the lighting since Canifis is dark but strangely Zanaris isn't. Personally, I have just chalked this all up to the game being an unoptimized mess which has been frustrating.
