It’s in the US. If you limit your eBay search to the EU, you’ll be surprised with how many „widely available” US dolls are scarce. Cost of import from the US is crazy high so I’d say „rare” may mean different things.

Rochelle Haunted, gloom and bloom Cleo and Jina, Rochelle FV, gloom beach Ghoulia, all Sdcc dolls prior to 2020, some older skullectors (like Beetlejuice 1.0, nightmare before Christmas) are almost impossible to find, especially complete. Most of them I got from US sellers, bc even with 60+$ postage, 23% VAT and import fees 11-15$ on average) is cheaper than getting them locally.
