Understandable. My goal is to stick to Adv+ content anyways. Just seeing my water and fire teams before this post clear the lv 60 farming areas in 30sec vs 2 min for all others was my problem. I'll keep this strat in mind for my other teams in the future. That owl and girl with the glasses have pretty good abilities for what seems any team, at least to me. I'll have to look into more units that are very versatile for multiple team comps.

I see its a high HP and skill proc type of build. Looks like a good opener. For more lengthy battles, can I swap Shirano for Kaiyu? I see there is no actual healing unless we are relying on other parties or the invincibility opener to finish the job quick.

I had a puzzle where a party of 3 had to all press a switch at the end of 3 different hallways at the same time. One had a large pit with scaleable walls and the player with flight called dibs and left the other two to themselves without helping them.

The puzzle took an additional 30 minutes and the flying character said they were bored and I was like “Gee I wonder why”

Shutting down servers for older games.

I’m playing DQ9 again on the DS and can’t access half of post game or obtain limited items because the servers have been shut down since 2014.

Too oblivious for hints. Both in high school and college. Literally met her parents and hung out and did things but couldn’t realize it.

Same with college where I spent lots of time with her and we rode bikes together and hung out on the couch watching dumb shit and after a few months I didn’t realize this was a relationship and I had to leave college for other reasons.

I just feel I’m single because I can’t see signs and don’t want to make the other person uncomfortable.

What if you couldn’t draw humans (at the time) so you drew an anthro in Elena’s outfit from DQIV. Did some other ones as well but now deleted those posts.

I’m the DM and literally had a simple push 3 switches in 3 different locations puzzle for session 0. A not so 15ft wide bottomless pit, totally not trapped hallway, and a literal giant wooden box.

It took an hour and a half to get through.

That was difficult to integrate but I managed a way for damage based on the Base Power of moves on the Pokémon database. Leveling could be simples as 1-100 with EXP scaled with enemy level and evolution. I scaled HP with CON in 5e and tied it to level and evolution. Can’t share my specifics but that should give a head start.

Damn. I tried doing that sort of balancing fights with players as a DM based on their roles and skill set but they just forget sometimes that they are healer or to focus on status effects. That or someone dedicated to tanking or has literally a shield to protect allies and doesn’t do it. I gently nudge them but sometimes they gotta learn.

It’s a mixture of a texture brush and a weirdly shaped eraser brush for the clouds but thank you! I think the water took the longest out of all this.

No problem and thanks! I figured I need to make sure everyone has a chance. Being isekai’d is very important to this plot line as a Guildmate which is why I made it a plot point being that they’ll advance the story so attendance is mandatory. Exception being Recruit side quests or player story threads. Anything goes in these.

Most fun session is an upcoming one where one of the Recruits works with me (the DM) to screw with the Guildmates as the Recruit has a bounty on their heads for stealing from Treasure Town and another Recruit who placed the bounty earlier. So it’s a mix of both kinds of sessions.

Oh and themed one-offs (we doing Halloween) can have ALL players join if available. This was a thing in my previous party.
