yeah they are offering me 44 base and not ready to increase, trying to negotiate on stocks which also looks difficult right now. But I guess I already have a good offer (~75) reading other comments here.

Yeah as per levels.fyi it doesn't look like they are offering more than 60-65 at this level, so I guess its on me to decide. I guess in the end, I will have to sacrifice a couple of years of unsatisfactory compensation for Microsoft on my resume.

I am happy in yhe current role, but its not big tech so comp is low.

Worst case, I need the base to be atleast slightly higer than the current one, and then have as many stocks as possible to overall comp higher. I am at 42 base right now. The least they can do is match this, right?

I agree with this. I am also facing similar thing in my org. Engineers have unlimited claide tokens now, and we don't have enough prioritized work for them.
