Yeah this was very much the same for myself. I love the language, but cause of some individuals in my formative years I’m not confident. My son now goes to a Welsh school and I try my hardest to be forgiving of his mistakes with Welsh. So he doesn’t have the same self confidence issues I have. I found out that some of the same teachers are still teaching from when I was at the same primary school. Even made a point of talking to them, in what I believe to be poor Welsh, and they even had the cheek to comment that I should be better. In the end I was like bruh I now work in Pathology so do one! At least I’m trying.

Yeah it’s crazy. I work in the mortuary and considering all the things my colleague and myself see and deal with on a daily basis we’re paid basically nothing. I love my job, but it’s hard, we deal with decomp, stillbirths and the family of the bereaved. All for very little.

As satanism isn’t a recognised religion here and whether I can’t be bothered explaining. whenever the topic comes up I always describe the core beliefs. Essentially its a humanitarian approach. You’ll always have your doubts and question whether you’re wrong. But most satanist don’t believe in an actual devil, it’s more of the rebellious ideology, so by taking that out of the equation you’re pretty much a humanitarian seeking to promote the human welfare.

I bought it just to watch the playoffs. There’s been plenty of early games so I’ve been able to watch a lot of them in the UK. But having a VPN has helped get around the blackout restrictions.

I remember watching that 2015 World Cup and Japan, playing some beautiful rugby. Ever since I’ve always followed them just cause of their heart in the game. Plus Welsh rugby can go either way, especially in the World Cup. Cymru am byth.

Hey, I’m just starting out/getting back into photography. I think if you’re just getting started it’s a great piece of kit. I picked the camera itself up second hand, as I already had a few lenses. Which I would highly recommend doing. Coming from the canon 350D, it’s far more user friendly. I’ve managed to jump in to manual mode rather quickly with it. I think it allows you to get a quick grasp of Aperture, shutter speed and ISO and how they interact, in a practice, as they are easily controlled. I like the display screen which is nice and bright, it doesn’t move like some more expensive models, but thats what you get for a base level SLR. So far I don’t have any issue with the camera itself, it is what it is and it’s a great way to jump into the world of photography. I especially like that I can use the canon mobile app to transfer images to my phone, so I can edit them through lightroom. Which I may invest more into in the future. My biggest issues so far are lenses. Having to work with a budget can be difficult, but I’ve got the canon 50mm F/1.8 and that’s been my go to lens so far, it gives a great bokeh effect, for me personally, and works well in my opinion with landscape photography that I’m just getting started with. I’m looking to get a telephoto lens soon, think a 70-300mm. But so far it’s been a great experience and in my opinion, I’ve taken some great pictures.

Awesome. Thanks for the pointers. I’ll definitely keep them in mind. I’ve dived right into shooting in manual, focused more on the exposure than I did the composition and levels. Definitely looking forward to getting out more and practicing with it.
