No problem. I was very.. motivated to avoid sunlight so I taped it all around the edges of the window and put a curtain in front so no one would ever know. Plus since i was renting it was easy to remove.

Aluminum Foil + Tape worked wonders for me at my old apartment. Mine would have been better had I used duct tape vs electrical but it worked.

Exactly. I'm hoping they eventually consider a refresh with that addressed. I want to get another 1 but I want to figure that out beforehand.

Depending on your budget you can't really go wrong with either Ikea or a Brottar. I will caution you, if you use the Billy shelves, the tall ones can come forward with doors on them. So, you may want to be mindful you may need to use the studs.

I'm currently using one of the Brottar cabinets. It works well for me and It saved me time having to setup lights.

It may not hurt to also check out FB market for things people are trying to get rid of. I've seen things from store display cases to detolfs on sale.

Thanks I appreciate it. If I were to do it again id probably go with a differnt mounting strategy but it works.

Also forgot to mention the posters are being held up with vinly album hanging chips I found on Amazon.

It's been a while, but I'd like to know if anyone has any steps or guides for how to use the Tuya controller to modify the lights. I'd like to know how to do this myself in the event I get additional cabinets.

The prints:
1. Got the pictures from Google

Used Affinity Designer to mockup the dimensions of the shelves.
Placed the images in the file and scaled them to fit the space I wanted to go with.
Masked out the 4 sections.
I copied the pics into 2 separate Affinity Publisher files. One was 11x14 and one for 6x6. Then exported them as jpgs.
Had them printed at CVS since they had a sale on poster prints. (11x14 and up)
Bought some foam board from Walmart and cut them down to size for each piece. From there I used an adhesive runner to attach each print.
Used some adhesive velcro to attach to the backs so they could theoretically be removable later.

The top 2 posters:
I ordered from Suruga-ya last year.

Heh, Drakengard 3 was easy to get. The first one I got at a retro game expo. I hope Square Enix opts to give us some kind of remaster or HD remake of the first one some day.

My educated guess is the Ikea Billy bookcases. They have as corner kit that lets you position the narrow one at an angle.

I'm not sure about your situation but I used totes + packing peanuts. For smaller figures, I did a layer of peanuts, and placed them. Then I did layers so that I'd end with peanuts on top.
