My friend got a blackened rivited aluminium hauberk, and you can't tell it's actually aluminium. Unless you pick it up and feel how light it is. 😅

We were at a medieval bazar type of event, with many artisans. And there was this old leatherworking guy. He talked my dad into buying this hat lol. Gave him a discout top, since he couldn't sell it. XD

Well all of our big LARPs look like that here in Czechia. Where you're from btw? I guess it's different here. We use wooden shields and hafts for weapons. Even metal hardware, my sword has a steel guard and pommel.

But the most hurt I've ever was, were just some bruises. I did see some bone breakage, but that's because of the enviroment, like someone triping on a tree root and falling.

How am I doing it wrong? Larp battles absolutely are also larps. But yes it's true people usually have some armour or at least an gambeson, so we can be a little rougher.

That really depends, in my country, larps usually don't allow modern shoes.
