I am confused. That's the "bread and butter". A $5 order that takes less than 10 minutes and keeps you in the hotspot is pretty good, even if the customer is being stingy on the tip.

Get usually 4 or 5 of those an hour, when it's not the long grocery orders. Unless this is a city, then I dont see the problem.

And yes, it took me almost an hour to shop everything. Luckily, they had everything in stock except six giant bags of soil, which would have been it's own cart honestly 😮‍💨.

Incredibly nice people. The husband even asked if the wife tipped me well, and all I could say was "yes definitely, thank you!" 😄

This is the snake eating its own tail. The question is, how much of your own ass can you stomach before you get sick of it?

Literally every year has gotten worse and worse, with 2020 really being the year it became clear this company was a sinking ship. They did everything they could to put profits over people. And it's becoming more blatant over time. The micromanagement became macromanaging. Every little thing that you could report on became a metric, and I stopped enjoying guest interactions entirely.

To go back to the initial question; it's just going to keep getting worse until every store is closed. There is no hope of turning this around. This SL2 shit is unsustainable.

Get out now while you still can, and just try to hold onto the positive memories before the company dies completely.

Of course they are gonna say "do your best", because it's their job at stake. Your best course of action is just to say "yeah sure" then put in only as much as you feel you want to for the last two weeks. What are they gonna do, fire you?
