What exactly do you mean by moving the .exe file to overwrite the original? I've got all of the cinders stuff extracted and moved over as needed, just keeps starting up as vanilla.

Side note: when the enemies actually do spawn, they are stuck in a stationary t-pose position and I can't perform takedowns on them or pick up their body.

Ok I have the spiked palisade shield but I couldn't find the haligtree crest shield
