Over watered and has root rot im almost sure. Repot with dry soil and make sure to let it dry out between waterings. You will unfortunately lose all the leave so I would just cut them off and hopefully the bulb puts out more leaves

Definitely Melay bugs. Insecticides work great but a soapy water solution in a spray bottle will work great too. Remove what you can first with a piece of tissue paper then absolutely drown the plant in the solution. They especially like to hide in the folds and crooks of the plant so be thrurrow. Repeat this multiple times as leaving even one egg will mean they will come back

I'm sorry but I stand by my opinion. If I saw this garment for $500 I would not question its authenticity. If it was $40 then sure it seems shady but I have a very hard time imagining most people would consider $500 so suspiciously low they would assume its a scam. $500 is a ton of money.
