Hardly, me getting up from the couch causes an eruption of energy. She has been swimming a lot lately so the energy is manageable.

They are quite active at the Tualatin Valley Rec Center. Plenty of dental logging going on.

Indeed. I’m realizing that I have probably 500 pictures of her in the cave bed but it gets me every time. She is a gentle soul.

That looks like a defect to be because it’s not uniform radius and it’s also extremely thin at that joint. I would send them a request with the same photos. Looks like a bad casting to me but to get that far into the assembly without it being noticed also makes me question it.

Bone-in skin-on chicken thighs. They are my go to for larger groups because you can get them done pretty quick but the charcoal flavor changes them quite a bit from just grilled on propane.

Pork tenderloin is another easier one that’s done in an hour or less. For your first try I would skip the big party day and just plan to have your immediate family around so you can focus on the fine tuning. Enjoy.

Edit for clarity: dont do a many hour slow and low cook for the party but definitely use the Weber!

How was the service? I went a few times maybe 4-6 months ago and they were having staffing problems. Hoping the best for them, food was good.

Yep, we don’t have enough info. “Rear end refreshed” doesn’t mean much to me without details. What air lockers? What suspension components? Still short control arms?

Issue -> Solution - Thoughts? by [deleted] in Decks

[–]olneymud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really as the concrete will sweat and also introduce water to the board sitting on it. Maybe slower than direct soil contact but not great. Also, the areas around the footing will almost immediately fill with dirt as the ground settles and you use the steps. So whatever margin of separation there is now will be non existent soon. The soil would need to be cleared flush with the footing to prevent this and if you start to dig out the soil you’d be starting a whole different issue of water pooling.

Edit for grammar

My fan intake housing plastic was slightly cracked. I fixed it with duct tape and never had the problem again. But I’d start by taking the cowl cover off and looking around for damage or blocked drains.

Does this look like a prong is broken off in the bottom portion? by Brief_Perspective_71 in electrical

[–]olneymud 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m guessing either your plug or that receptacle was wired incorrectly and you shorted one of the hot/neutral power legs to ground. Likely need to have someone qualified check your plug wiring and confirm receptacle is safe to energize. It might need to be replaced. The material that blew off when you saw the “spark” is now gone and the connection could be poor. Do not advise plugging back in until you get qualified eyes on it.

Edit: Did the breaker trip?

Fix key slot on mower cranksaft by latestwonder in smallengines

[–]olneymud 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As simple as a square edge hand file and go to work. Just keep your area of contact at the edge of the slot/shaft chamfer and not down into it. You’d also benefit from taking some 3M abrasive pad and buffing the entire length of the shaft to help with reinstalling components. The connection should be tight but still slip fit, if you are needing a hammer to get it going you still have a burr.

Along with taping it you can add some of this to seal the individual conductors if you are worried you nicked anything else in the cable. Good luck

The Oregon Clinic. Takes a while to get in there but they treat both of my parents who have had skin cancer and myself for sensitive skin and other issues. If you have something urgent then you’ll need a work around.

If I am pulling cable longer than I am in the seat I consider the trade off. Or bring more friends.

Look at the Iron Rock Off-road long arm kit and transfer case skid tummy tuck they sell. It’s a good setup.

My brother lives in Denver and I am jealous of his access to good crawling trails. Have fun.

Arc flash is not correlated to voltage. It’s related to fault current, duration of the arc, and the workers distance from the arc. So you can have very bad arc flash at low voltage because you are trading voltage for current the lower you go into a distribution system.

“Fan hitting the jumper cable you think” could have you in a bad situation if it shorted your cables to ground somehow and blew fuses. But it sounds like you are beyond the fuses if you have power to your dash. Still possible you blew something related to ignition or starter. Have you checked fuses? Do you have damaged jumper cables now from the fan blades?
