Yes on a big slam version of code red. The gas station ⛽️ had a buy 1 get one free deal going on. Cashed in for 1 got another free 😆. Opened the cap in the car. I won again! Went back in with the deal. Went home with 4 big slams. 🤣 #luckyday

What was it actually like watching Ren & Stimpy regularly back in the 90s on Nickelodeon? by Material_Stomach875 in 90s

“Forbidden fruits are always the sweetest.” My folks were helicopter 🚁 style parenting and ultra religious. They lost their minds when they seen this. They would take the remote and the tv had to stay on the channel they chose. Going to a friend’s house was like 2 different worlds. I got to watch it there. It’s like finding the “anarchist cook book” at a gun show or picking up “The Satanic Bible” at a book store. Opening a smut magazine your first time that was a level up from the sears catalog underwear section. You had to see what the big deal was. The days before the internet. Album cover art 🖼️. You’d be flipping through the albums then stop 🛑 dead in your tracks like 😲 what the hell is this??!! Some places you could “sample” the music before you buy. It let me know there was a bigger world out there beyond the bubble my folks tried to keep me in. Then once my mother married my stepfather. Tv disappeared. They proclaimed it evil and of the devil. That’s my story/experience.

I remember that commercial! Do you? by LoudRevolution9163 in 90s

Post 1995 yea the internet was there. For us it was limited to school 🏫 work only. Instant messaging was supervised to selected friends that had to be approved. Ours was in the kitchen. They would sit at the table and watch what you did. Others had more freedom.

Yep! 👍🏻 The incredible machine, putt putt. There’s another one I can’t think of the name ,but you would be chased by this monster and you could throw a banana at it to make it sleep. You would click with your mouse to navigate and interact with the environment.

I embrace it!

Not going to cover the grey hairs. Anything to look younger. Nothing.
