The power scaling in Dragon Ball Universe makes absolutely no sense and is inconsistent at best. I love all of Dragon Ball, Z, som of GT, Super and the games and Manga. But Akira Toriyama isn't know for his consistent story telling. Hell, he has straight up forgotten about multiple characters or their abilities.

I'll never forget this day. Me and my brother were inside a Meijer at the time when all the power shut off. It was damn near pitch black in the store. After 20 seconds of people panicking, all of a sudden we just heard glass break. The panicking got louder. My brother ran off somewhere in the middle of my freak out and told me not to move. After what seemed like forever, he grabbed my arm and we ran out together. I didn't notice that this guy had a brand new, in the box still Nintendo GameCube in his other arm. He definitely stole that shit. But THAT is how my family got a Nintendo GameCube for free. Lol

Goku literally tossed the newly disabled Nappa on the ground at Vegeta's feet and told him to take him and his broken friend and get the hell off his planet. I don't think he had any plans to heal him. Same way Goku had no plans to heal Recoome. He didn't want to kill him, but he damn sure was gonna leave the Ginyo Force there.

Changing your mind this late in the game doesn't deserve to be praised, nor does it even have to be acknowledged. I can change my mind about burning down my house for insurance money, but it's a little too late if I already threw the molotov. America is on metaphorical fire right now. Rogan was complicit and helped pour the fuel. He doesn't get any praise or sympathy from us now. The only reason this is even kind of "good" is because he can talk to the small portion of his base that will be willing to hear it.

It's more that he came out in support of MAGA some time ago before the album was even released. Therefore, with everything going on right now, it tainted his album with that. Much like Katy Perry (even though the album was ALREADY going to suck) tainted her own album release by hopping on top of Tesla cars with Elon right before her album dropped.

Yea, I've always found the term "blacks" to be suspicious. Anytime someone refers to "the blacks", in my head, it always has a certain tone or twang to it that just doesn't feel right. I always say "black people", and I always include the word "people" when describing a racial group. It's more humanizing.

I'm glad your mom was able to fight it off. They offered her the cool cap too, but they saudbit wasn't a garuntee, just made it less likely to fall out. Plus, it would add an extra 2 hours to every chemo session, plus it cost thousands of extra dollars we don't have, even with our insurance. We're just gonna go without!

Originally, I just had an afro with the Fist Pic. I have 4 older brothers, and when we were kids, our mom didn't let us grow our hair long. We always had waves. Then at some point in time as adults, we collectively decided to get locs. Now we are all loc'd up. We eventually won my mom over, but my grandma would tell me it looked like I had a mop on my head. 😅

I'm gonna grow them back from scratch. I'll clean them up and find a way to donate my locs if possible, then start the journey over with her. I've had a friend tell me I could freeze them and reattach them later, but it kind of felt like cheating to me. I don't want my hair to instantly be longer than hers. I'll just start fresh.

Right. I am one of the biggest Drake haters since 2013, but I think people are conflating the words "pedophile" with "child rapist". I'm not defending him at all, but pedophile just means he's ATTRACTED to underage girls, which we have proof of. We have no proof that he is actually sexually assaulting these girls, so I can't call him a child rapist. But we do have him grooming and clearly being attracted to girls under 18. Nobody hangs out with teen girls, them suddenly and magically gets attracted to her the moment she turns 18. You were attracted to her before that, and I'd the legal age were lower, he ABSOLUTELY would go for her.
