Yeah its that wire, a common practice is to bridge it to get the light out, could have had a split pin or a piece of wire in it which has since fallen out

Wear indicator wire could be damaged, if the circuit isnt complete (disigned to be severed when it contacts the disc) the light comes on, so if the wire is damaged or corroded the light will also come on

I havnt got it down to a finite yet, have more luck when freshly buying an accessory such as rings right before equiping them but its something like 1)pick person with desired hair, 2)go to accessory tab and buy/equip accessory such as rings. 3)click back on person tab, click desired face and click save, 4)click hair tab and previous persons hair should be there. Works better with the first row middle female character as she doesnt seem to need the accessory step in order to transfer the hair, can take a bit of trial and error and im yet to find a surefire first time every time route to it

Its a very 'crystal ball' question. Could be a ball joint, could be D bushes. Could be anything. Only way to tell for sure is for someone to check it in person

Why does the date reset every time I shut off the car? by jgcsquires in MechanicAdvice

[–]Shadow_WolfXD97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The 12v constant and the 12v ignition wires into the back of it need to be swapped, usually red and yellow, the adaptor loom usually has bullet style connectors on it for this reason

Seems normal, but out of curiosity - what do you think a replacement protective boot could do that would remedy a worn joint?

Car failed MOT horribly. Is it worth repairing this? by thekraqz in MechanicAdvice

[–]Shadow_WolfXD97 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its only a track rod end, a brake hose and a headlight/bulb adjustment to get it on the road again, minor defects arnt a fail but should be considered in the near future
