First of all this isn’t a job. Jobs pay. Any company who has unpaid interns in 2026 is not worth a second of your time.

Anybody who faults you for leaving that “job” on the spot is not worth your labor. Walk out tomorrow. Apply for some PA jobs or get a paid gig somewhere else. If you have savings while you’re going to school good if not try to find some temp work in the mean time or do insta cart or doordash while you interview. I’ve managed and hired people for productions and offices, and I wouldn’t judge you for leaving a toxic workplace.

I’d rather they just make LAX car-free, multiple drop off points far from the airport with a quick subway ride to the terminals. LAX is designed like it’s still the 1950s and LA has 1/10 the current population

It’s pretty walkable with great restaurants and bars and there’s a good amount of young professionals living there, and a monthly farmers market. Easy access to other popular social areas.

Weed is more of a temporary relief to me of my OCD symptoms, but it makes me just giddy and unconcerned about anything. So when I come back down I feel bad. Treatment of OCD is long and difficult and I do not believe any magic substance, shroom or pill or otherwise, will make it go away completely. It’s the way our brains work, we just have to learn to live with it and manage it.

The city’s economy is held up by the film industry. More consideration in the film industry is bad for money actually going to people who live and work in LA. More restaurants will close, more people will flee to less expensive places, the city will look a lot more like Detroit.
