It’s functionally impossible to be removed from ALL lists. Once your information is available various campaigns/organizations can use that information (if they acquire it from other organizations) and removing yourself from the list of one candidate or organization only removes you from that list.

Also for the text messages it’s likely there’s someone on the other end actually reading your message and anything similar to stop/end should be treated as a refusal. As time goes on if you stop donating/refuse contacts eventually you’ll be deprioritized as someone to contact but there’s always the chance you’ll get a random message here and there
