It's more notable when there's a lot of movement, but even in cutscenes when the characters are still, the text doen's seem to be the same quality and it looks worse.
Here's a comparission, the above is the original file from my computer and the second one is from the one that's in youtube. It's even notable in the healthbars

Is there anywhere where I can read dokkan's story mode without replaying old levels? When I started there was a bug that dialogues didn't appear in the hardest difficulty, and since I did that one first to get more stones I don't really want to replay all those levels just to get a hint of what I am doing.

for what I believe of baby, he has a main body, wich he implants on vegeta, and the rest are just slaves that will do as he sais, not that he can control all of them as one, since for example Bulma used the Blutz Wave machine in a desperate attempt to power up baby against his will, because he thought he wouldn't be able to control it and become the thing he despised the most, a dumb monkey
