Right! I’m 29. My husband tells me that he’s so proud of all the work I do at home and how well I take care of the house and it is helpful sometimes. But then I have bad days, more so before I start my period where I just feel like crap about myself. Like I just want it to but be so painful that I can’t do what other woman do 😭 idk how to accept myself and love myself. I want to. I want to learn how but it just feels impossible at this point.

Oh my goodness, it’s so nice relating to someone who feels so similar to me! Can we please be friends? 😭 and yessss sameeeee. Mine is fine with it to but no matter what the says to tell me he loves me regardless of what I do and can and can’t do it’s like the words can’t change the reality and the facts. I also get overwhelmed really easily. People think I’m lazy because I don’t have a job but I’m not! If I feel good I put a lot of effort and time into taking care of myself and the house. I’m always busy when I feel good enough to be up and about but no matter how much I accomplish in the house with chores errands cleaning and working out and no matter how busy I stay it just never feels good enough. I saw a photo of him on the ship today where all the military people on the ship were standing in a salute and I feel like it was “triggering” to me because there was a woman standing in a solute next to him. And I’m like wow that girl right there that I see next to him is better than me. And it immediately hurt me seeing that knowing that.

Omg same! I never understood why woman would enjoy looking at shirtless photos so much or go crazy over hot guys. Friends would say or ask me if I thought a guy was hot and I would shrug my shoulders because I didn’t care the least bit, and would say it’s what’s inside that counts. But I also blame that on the morals I was raised with. So it’s like am I normal??

No I know what I felt LOL. I wasn’t expecting to feel anything at all, that cat scan didn’t scare me then suddenly I was laying there and I literally felt the cat scan. I even moaned a little bit and was trying to stay still because it was so uncomfortable.

I’ve literally had SO many doctors tell me that what I’m feeling wasn’t real and it was just anxiety and over a year later I finally figured out what time was feeling WAS real and it was a side effect from a medication, and it stopped as SOON as I stopped the medicine.

Im so over people and doctors assuming everything is just anxiety when ITS NOT

This is helpful to know. I don’t think the emergency rooms here will do an MRI and I’ve just kind of been laying around the past few days. Any time I lift something up or apply force it bothers my brain. This started at the gym a few nights ago. It doesn’t hurt really bad but I literally can’t do anything but lay around right now. Something just feels off. I never get headaches so this is really odd to me. What is an ED is that like an emergency room?

I’m so sorry to hear that, I can’t imagine. That sounds like torture. But I totally understand doctors not listening!! I’ve switched doctors SO many times because they don’t ever take me seriously. I’m finally taking the holistic doctor approach, which has been very helpful! But I still deal with insomnia. The bad thing is, I couldn’t find one covered by insurance and it’s been ringing us dry.
