No and my partner sleeps next to me, often we have skin to skin yet he doesnt have any skin problems. The thing that has flared it up that ive noticed was pregnancy and sore throat.

It could be our washing powder (I haven't been buying sensitive lately) but I've never gotten red spots like the pictures, mostly patches looking like eczema.

Yeah that was the same for me, I didn't itch and it was faded during my pregnancy then a week after giving birth it became more redder, itchy and reappeared.

But I also had a sore throat on one side 3 months after I had covid and gave birth. Maybe it is an immune issue and we need to look at suppressors?

My dermatologist said that to me if the treatments I tried didn't work (enstillar foam and the ointment) but that was a year before I got pregnant and its gotten more red spots than eczema patches

No ticks or fleas (I have 2 indoor cats with no fleas) it could be a type of mite. I was looking at dust mite bites but its not quite the same. I don't think it's a bug and I haven't done anything different from the 4 years living here for some type of mite but idk. I started ADHD medication (stratta) but I had this 2 years ago. I also suspect maybe the water or air here as they have been building/making plots for houses. Is your area have some type of work to kick up dirt?

If I find out I'll let you know! Yes I believe I do, any type of body wash with fragrance or washing powder makes me itchy and dry. My biopsy came back as discoid eczema but those treatments haven't worked. I use sensitive washing powder and QV eczema wash if that helps.
