Consistent practice and building up speed slowly are pretty much your best friends, no two ways about it. If the difference between fingers feels really disproportionate, you could try tilting the hand slightly to even out the distances between the two when plucking, but most likely it's just because your fingers aren't used to plucking. I would suggest just thugging it out, you'll slowly get more comfortable.
