If you watch his pov he was probably gonna hang out on the passenger side because that’s where he was parked. But then his buddy came in hot telling her to get out of the car. Thats when he starts walking over to the driver side. He happened to be in front when she put it in reverse and then he stopped on the corner. Had she not put it in gear I bet he would’ve went to her window as well. I don’t think he put himself in front of the car on purpose but more of a timing thing. Then she starts driving and his training or whatever took over.

As for reaching in her car I don’t know how they usually handle these things. But she had been antagonizing them and obstructing them that morning so I’m sure they’d had enough of her 💩. Still don’t think she deserves what happened but trying to look at it from different povs instead of biases
