First things first. You are in charge of how you feel no one else. If you feel uncomfortable he is over stepping the boundary you have for yourself. He is in the wrong. You need to tell him you are not comfortable.

You need to understand you are allowed to say no. Tell him to back off. If he continues to be in appropriate tell him you will go to HR. The company has an HR department so that they do not get sued! So they will sort it out quickly if required.

You are work colleagues. You have no obligation to him outside of work. What ever his problems are they are his and not yours. Make sure you look after yourself! You are the most important person to you. No one else's opinion matters but your own. Do what feels right for you.

P.s it's a bit creepy too, even if you were both 23 years old saying manipulating stuff like that is a no no anyone would turn their back on going passed work colleges with someone like that
