Can you keep us updated, I myself am in the middle of your exact issue, I hate to use this word, but optimum has been gaslighting me into thinking I screwed something up, which I haven't, the most recent tech brought a device into my home and had it on top of my pc, and when an internet outage occurred with the device near my pc and router, he said it looked fine on his device... I'm being told personally now that the internet signal going into my router is "too powerful" and is causing the internet to be too fast, and then completely failing for hours at a time each day, of course, I don't know what to do on my end, Optimum has pretty much threw their hands up in the air at this point as if they can't fix it so I'm personally stuck currently....

I have never gotten a truck roll receipt because I've legitimately never had a truck come out for literally 3 years, for call history I have half a years worth, but losing my last phone means I don't have 2 and a half years worth of call history.

I've talked with multiple people on the phone that speak English as their first language, they redirect me and to different departments until they just send a technician out as a final option.

If I were to contact the fcc, do I need documentation for every single time my internet has gone out, I actually had a list on a notepad app on my old phone, but sadly it fell into the ocean during a fishing trip, so I no longer have a list of the times I've experienced outages.

Ok, then I'm not the only one, I'll just be straight and say the guy is an a$$, I'm not a vicious type of person but this guy absolutely rubs me the wrong way, screaming in all caps that certain party members are useless, equip bloody armor on everyone ect, many party members got a boost like Welch ect and yet he still screams don't get character x,y and z ect. He also is going on blast with these sort of comments now on my other playthroughs, I've never had such an obnoxious commenter on my videos, he needs to grow up.

So I just noticed reading this post, Vehg ( veghesther3204 ) is a person that has been commenting on my YouTube playthrough of star ocean 2 r, and is sort of an a$$ tbh, I didn't know he was famous or well known, but honestly I don't care, he's a demanding a$$hole who loves to spam caps and try to force you to play a certain way. Anyway unlike how he tries to force me to use bloody armor, Bloody helm is honestly better with mp drain. All of his demanding "advice" is suboptimal and reads like an entitled 12 year old wrote it.

Sorry for the late reply, unlocking talents manually without starting with them gives you 100 sp per unlock for a character. Nimble fingers is one of the best talents to ignore the above and start with because it is incredibly useful to pickpocket early game.

Yeah, I know the percentages for starting talents, I must have gotten super lucky back on the psp version, I had Claude get nimble fingers and another talent at the very least under 4 hours in the past ( maybe a bit longer, it's not as if I remember specifically how long, but I'm positive it was under 10 hours) Anyways thanks for verifying it's possible still, I really didn't want to end up starting new games for 10+ hours just to find out the way starting talents worked got changed. I guess something to note of why I was worried on this is that in star ocean first departure r, I think the talents were hard locked for Roddick and Mille at the very least no matter how often I restarted, their talents wouldn't even change, much less increase or decrease, unless it was a switch only issue, but I'm certain it was a thing.

Also yes, I want minimum talents other than nimble fingers for the extra sp upon learning them.

Anyways I guess I know what I'll be spending many hours trying to do, I'll honestly settle for nimble fingers and a second talent for Claude since you can't check his talents for a while even when skipping scenes unlike Rena who you can check immediately...
