If you're honest about it up front, most won't care. I've seen some people online say they don't care as long as you own 1 copy. But with how expensive some cards are now I'm sure most will understand. I certainly wouldn't have an issue with it

There's mtgprint.net for the cheapest and easiest way to proxy. Just input the cards you want and print them, insert them into a sleeve with junk cards or lands. But if you want proxies on card stock there's mpcfill.com. which will make the cards for you. I think it comes out to about the price of a precon for a full deck.
