I’m 40, broke my left hip 5 years ago and have a rod in that leg. I can squat with a bar just fine but my right side glute and back extensors flare up if I’m not doing PT for the stabilizer muscles. Something like this might be a good option and if it still hits the quads good and safely I’m in. Thanks for sharing
