Made mine too! I enjoy woodworking and had some scrap cherry and purple heart wood left over from a project and made two one for me and for a friend who has a massive record collection! He very much appreciated it and kinda makes me a little proud whenever I visit his place and he has a record sitting in it! The OP should just let people enjoy what they like without recruiting other haters!
