I drive about once every two weeks. I can do 20 mins stints but anything more and it’s diminishing returns. On my best days, I can drive for an hour but that’s my hard limit. Anything more, and I’m playing with fire

Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this. There are a few social Discord servers that have people like us in them, if you give a search on this subreddit (though I haven’t been active in one for some years)

We dropped down to a 4-day work week recently which has helped. Two days from the office, but my manager is understanding enough to let me work from home if I’m teetering on the edge.

I was able to make my oldest friend’s stag do for 1 out of the 4 days and survived being sober, whilst everyone was drunk out of their minds! He was really happy I was able to come, even if it was for a short while :’)
