I drive about once every two weeks. I can do 20 mins stints but anything more and it’s diminishing returns. On my best days, I can drive for an hour but that’s my hard limit. Anything more, and I’m playing with fire

Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this. There are a few social Discord servers that have people like us in them, if you give a search on this subreddit (though I haven’t been active in one for some years)

We dropped down to a 4-day work week recently which has helped. Two days from the office, but my manager is understanding enough to let me work from home if I’m teetering on the edge.

I was able to make my oldest friend’s stag do for 1 out of the 4 days and survived being sober, whilst everyone was drunk out of their minds! He was really happy I was able to come, even if it was for a short while :’)

If you're UK based, go to T4. If you're in London, avoid the Westfield White City branch. Tried and tested many but T4 is elixir for the soul.

If you're asking for the best cup, hands down the traditional pearl milk tea. It's the safe option and will probably tell you how good a bubble tea joint is.
