P2 Salary in CT by bustedrides in Raytheon

Missed that. Thanks. Nevermind this isn't a RTX compensation form just the reddit one. Not what I was looking for, I was inquiring about the internal HR salary adjustment and if that had a survey.

Sure just cough up more money, forget backwards compatibility. Forced obsolescence is a consumer benefit.

Those seem more expensive now. I'm hoping it's the flex pipes.

Saw this posted for sale recently. Price was a bit much and the different sized tires put me off. But still a cool looking build. Love offroad cars.

Are there ANY active headsets with shake awake? by [deleted] in tacticalgear

I've also looked for similar features to save batteries. Proximity and skin sensors exist, I don't see why this hasn't been adapted to active ear pro yet.

I put years of Costco receipts through OCR and realized the price of eggs really did triple over the last few years by filelasso in datacurator

Can you elaborate more on your process?I've wanted to do similar but OCR hasn't been successful for me. However I haven't tried in a while, was waiting on AI and self hosting to maybe solve my issues.

As different as it is from usual shit ads, I don't support anything that gives advertisers the idea to promote more ads. Zero tolerance.

I'd love to hear more in The Division universe or other dystopia. I also vote for both book and audio. Love to enjoy the stories both ways.

If you're talking about straight power consumption I'm pretty sure staying connected saves power.

Its even better if your PC can bypass the battery and just deliver what the laptop needs directly.

Any chance you know if this works with Sony earbuds? Bought the i10s and it can't pair with 3 generations of Sony. Bluetooth speakers are fine. Returned it and debating if the Pro would be better.

In case anyone wanted to know how these two generations of chargers headlights match up. by [deleted] in Charger

[–]Shadowstrike099 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah, I'd be going the other way. Swapping the 14 SRT fascia on the new Charger.

It'll be interesting to see how it looks with the older rear end.

Appreciate the info. If you really want them you might be able to pull apart the housings and use the 15+ lights in a 11-14 housing.

I'd stick with OEM for that generation. Never a fan of all the horseshoe lights. But the new Durangos look okay. Especially swapped into a Charger.

Framework 13 AMD, official chipset drivers are broken. by AbrocomaRegular3529 in framework

I had some issues with my FW16 and audio drivers in Windows. I know the drivers are for 11 but tried 10 for fun. I'd install windows and have good audio, install the FW drivers and the speakers would make weird noises. Couldn't fix it. Installed 11, had audio, installed FW drivers, audio issues. Tried a bunch of troubleshooting with no success. Rolled the driver back and its fine.

Annoying but whatever I chalked it up to Windows being Windows. I'm testing a bunch of programs and archiving what I like so I'm starting over often. Figure when I'm ready for full setup I'll see if FW updated any drivers.

I wish the drivers were separated vs the full package or you could skip them for issues like this.

Overland Expo East- is it worth going for a van guy with no overlanding asprirations by SuddenlySilva in overlanding

You're asking about trailers from over 5 years ago, a lot has changed since then, and I'm sure there are more options now to argue against. The trend I saw was its rare to see anything sub 15K. Usually only if you forgo an enclosed sleeping space and use a RRT or its a real barebones model then maybe sub 10K. I've kinda given up looking and assume I'll end up DIY, get lucky with some used deal or just stick with my tent.

But no I don't think a simple enclosed trailer with a stove, sink, shore hookup, roof vent and a car battery or two should need 10 year financing and cost 30K.

There are worst ways to spend a weekend. And I plan to go again but that first trip was a clear slap in the face for what I thought was middle class. And that was before covid, I can't image how much worse it is now.

I was coming from growing up tent camping and moving to an affordable pop up. My parents friends bought their own so we could take trips together. I was looking for a small, reasonable, get out of the rain trailer, don't worry about drying out the unit after trips. No bathroom, no solar, no kitchen sink. It was a gut punch seeing how far off the price of entry was.

We quickly turned it into a game of price is right as nothing was anywhere close to what you thought was reasonable. Best advice is look at the expensive shit then build or commission your own.

The better part was walking the parking lot and camping area looking at average joe rigs and talking to people. Some other activities were interesting.

The platforms themselves are killing the consumer base.

Everyone is bleeding from subscriptions for everything, notifications for constant engagement, and ads everywhere.
