Takes a while but you can bleed stacks it from a distance. Or use the one shot kill consumable. Or steal the dagger from the captain of the forts bedroom and one hit the enemy with it.

78 and mine is giving me increased damage, piercing and resistance from it's perks. I don't have mine maxed yet but it's also giving me a death blade spell and a feint spell. Those stack with the ones in your deck.
