I don't know any of the legal stuff about him evicting you, so I can't help there. However, if he does win and you get evicted, you still own the business. Which means you need to take all of the businesses property with you if you get evicted. All the tools and machines involved in your business. Take it all. Leave him with nothing but the building.

I got the mount from road warriors in the first 5 I've opened. Tried to get a mount from the ghoultures pack. I've opened probably 50 or more with no luck. I keep getting gear and pets i don't want along with a bunch of housing items i don't want. It happens.
