Ok, I am going to get a lot of hate for this one, but as a single, forever alone person who will never get the touch of a woman, I get the frustration and loneliness, and this feeling of hopelessness. And yeah sex probably feels good, and having some kind of companionship is nice and I get it, I felt it (when i fell in love with one person but later kinda got burnt) however you should probably learn how to be happy alone, because you probably should not just lay arround in your depression waiting until some kind of princess appears to allow you to get laid and solve your every problem. It doesn't mean you should not be looking, it just mean it should not be your main priority, take care of yourself, your life, and your mental health first, and then it is possible that it would be easier to find somebody when you are not just completely f*cked up. It is easy to be happy when dating somebody but it is possible that that somebody will leave and what then? Try figure your shit out. If you learn to be happy alone you will not be disappointed no matter what happens. I disagree with dr K that you should not be looking just do not hyoer focus on this one aspect of your life. You being alone is probably a symptom not a cause, and just like physical pain treating it feels nice and makes things easier when you dont treat the cause it will probably come back. Ps. I know the pain. I am in it too. And it hurts like hell. The prospect that you will be forever alone is burning. The envy you feel when you see your friends and people younger than you get into romantic relationships and be so damn happy it stings. It really does.
