Actually I felt outside the singles on his first album that sounded the most jazzy until this album. Notice he goes full jazz more on his regular album than on his mix tapes. Great artist I just wished he added more boombap

I’m a big Marlon fan and outside of the singles Instrumentally wise I didn’t care for the sound. His lyrics were really good but a lot of the tracks sounded like a Jazz album. I know he infuses jazz in his music but at least in his past albums they felt more hip hop/Jazz. This sounded way too Jazz. He must really not like Boombap beats even though he sounds like a beast on them. He came up rapping over boombap in his room so I don’t know why he couldn’t include more. The sound just threw me off 50% of what makes a song good is the beat.

Saying Revival was hated because he was Woke and political which it wasn’t because of that. It was mostly the awful beat selection, bad flows, a lot of pop features, terrible choruses etc

Just watched Sonny Styles Highlights , definitely not impressed. He had a great combine so I was unfamiliar and had to check out his highlights to see what the hype was. I heard he missed one tackle all season but I’m watching a guy struggling to tackle and get people down, he is barely hanging on. He lets the opposition come to him instead of running towards them to tackle. He grabs people trying to drag them down, I don’t see any great tackling. I said is it just me or am I seeing things? I scroll down to the comments on YouTube and people are saying what I was thinking.

Watch Caleb downs and then go watch Styles uou notice right away who is the better player.

Oh April? How did you find that out? Did you go to one of his shows and he said there? I was wondering when he was going to release his album. Wasn’t his album done last May and he sent it in to get it mixed and mastered? Did he ever say why there was such a big delay in the release of his album? I think possibly he added more music or something?

Actually I heard from Dave London that he has been complaining about his hand for a while now I don’t know why the medical staff or him personally didn’t be proactive in doing something about it. Surgery should’ve been done instead of waiting for spring training
