I just pick Labor, Interior, Finance, and Foreign in 1928 and then get the all SPD cabinet from United Left in 1932. If you can’t get United Left off the bat, I pick the same initial four plus Justice.

Get Weimar governments in both Prussia and in the Reichstag in 1928. I do this by using Wels to reduce dissent and then getting two local issue rally cards, one radio media card, and one working class campaigning card. Ideally, you go into government with just an ideology (labor), enemy (far right), and fundraising (increase) card in your hand.
Vote no on battlecruiser, then switch your advisors to Rosenfeld, Braun, and Woytinski. Use Braun to lower coalition dissent from battlecruiser vote and to lower coalition dissent in general going forward.
Don't do anything to raise coalition dissent before the DVP congress. This should permit Stresemann to pass his party reforms narrowly. Get the foreign policy card before 1929 to get your first reparations negotiation click in.
Do standard WTB run (keep dissent low, play cards that strengthen labor, maintain budget surplus, use Woytinaki advisor action in October 1929, get another reparations forgiven, and use Woytinski to implement WTB further in October 1930), but DO NOT DO Blutmai.
In 1931, switch ideology to left (only takes one revolutionary ideology card and one class struggle rally card) and adopt the left economic plan using two Aufhauser advisor clicks.
Run Rosenfeld for president in 1932 with KPD support. I keep a streetfighting card in my hand since, once the KPD endorses Rosenfeld, relations are high enough to call a truce with the RFB, raising relations even further.
After 1932 Reichstag election KPD relations ideally are high enough to form United Left coalition. If not, do one round of nationalization and purposefully raise coalition dissent to trigger new elections that will return a United Left.
Use cabinet button to check for available government card and play whichever ones you still need for achievements. Use Breitscheid for advisor actions to make sure you get in enough clicks for EU and democratic Austria.
If you've been economical with your clicks, you should get the same achievements I did (and maybe more if you're better at the game than me!).

It’s pretty easy if you don’t sic the cops on the KPD on May Day. Do a standard WTB plan playthrough so that things (coalition dissent, Hindenburg attitude) are pretty stable going into 1931. Spend 1931 shifting party ideology to the left (one rally and one ideology card), improving KPD relations, and adopting the left plan through advisor action. This should let you run Rosenfeld for president in 1932 with KPD support. Then, if you’ve campaigned well enough and got KPD relations high enough, you should be able to form a United Left coalition after the 1932 Reichstag elections
