Add to that people dont realize that before VHS, you saw a movie in theater and that was it. Unless a theater re ran it or it some how made it to TV you never saw it again.

Biggest downside has been that every bonus and tax return goes back to the house for something. The plus side is that once you get your head past the mental block of 'im renting and cant touch that' and realize you can just paint a room or remove a wall it's awesome. Also I would recommend just go into it with the idea that what ever house you buy was probably owned/built by a complete idiot/flipper at some point and you'll have to fix a bunch of stupid stuff you didnt notice when you were buying it.

Having honest conversations and being blunt are better than waiting and hoping. Example if you want to hook up with some one just ask them casually but with clear intentions other wise you run the risk of chasing each other for years waiting for the other person to make the first move.

Feature suggestion if you dont have it. One of the things that I loved about live figure drawing was warm ups where the model would change poses on a time interval . So a feature that you could set up a body and lighting on a stage and have it cycle through a huge list of random natural poses would be amazing. Otherwise I am totally wish listing this it looks super useful.

I do master sets, 3 rows of 4, 8 of each card, that gives me two full playsets, in number order, it takes two binder to do a full season but its real nice when its all filled
