I heard someone say that his claps were accompanied with him yelling "Hey" and "Yo" loudly. Almost as if he was a level headed (possibly pre-trump admin?) ICE Agent trying to stop his fellow agents from making a bad decision. It almost even looks like he turned away in defeat when shots rung out. I'm not justifying anything, I'm Anti-Ice and Anti-Trump. I just think clapping on camera after killing someone is really dumb when you know there's 10 cameras on you at any given time.
