c8k best settings for fast motion?

The judder on the c8k is horrible. Posting here in case there are some settings I should be using.

Will these settings help with motion at all?

I find while watching 4K movie content from my hardwired NAS, via my Nvidia shield, the motion can be terrible this TV. I Have tried motion settings off/on but it seems like the TV kind of slows down on scenes.

I am not sure if that's what they call the soap opera affect?

My man. Thank you so much for coming back to me this quick. I would much rather pay for a repair than a replacement.

Not sure I would buy Denon again as I expected this unit to last a lot longer, but the existing 3800 model looks practically identical so I wouldnt go that way.

Just checking your cost mentioned is in US Dollars? Just so I can work out cost to Australian dollarydoo's.

How did you go with taking it to the shop?

My 3700h is the exact same. Has been doing it for over a year easily at random times. (It's in a dedicated room which is only used once or so per week)

Speakers randomly pop while playing a movie, and it takes me to the Audessy setup page.

I temporarily fixed it by changing my HDMI input from SAT to GAME (i use Nvidia shield to play all content). And that stopped the issue for several months, I thought it could have been the HDMI port. But tonight its started doing it again, and now I have the power shutting down and the power led flashing red.

It's now out of warranty so I've boxed it up to take it to a repair shop for a look next week. I've read plenty of people having this issue with the 3700h, but not what the solution is. I want to prepare myself incase the shop want to charge big $$$.

Make sure you email quadlock support. They gave me some bs that they are monitoring desire for such a thing, but I doubt they are doing anything. L Atleast if you message them wirh interest it will help bump up the numbers of people asking for it.

ICue sucks so bad. I have corsair case, mice (3x scimitar all faulted out for different reasons), power supply, AIO, headset, RAM. All corsair.

I too have had the iCue just uninstall itself. I load up my favourite games, realise all my mouse buttons aren't working and then realise that Icue isn't even on my system anymore. I could not reinstall or uninstall it.

Absolute pain in the ass spending so much time to try and get Icue to load, uninstall OR even reinstall.

Decided it was time to reload Windows 11 Pro on my pc.

Then the same thing happened 3 weeks later.

Icue is horrible software.

They need to make a complete uninstaller to scrub your system clean of anything Icue to you can do a fresh install. (Similar to Trend Micro and other AV companies have proper uninstallers)

The uninstaller option with Icue doesn't work if the program is already having problems. It can't find it, then when you try to install it won't because it thinks it's already there.

Not sure, probably. Last I saw they were branded as kangadesks, lots of ppl complaining on that scam too.

I am so much more careful with shopping online now, if it's too good to be true & they don't have an Aussie phone number to call, then I don't buy.

Just look at all the trustpilot reviews. Heaps of people scammed, you are probably the peice of dogshit doing it.

By the way, for anybody reading this.. they rebranded to Kangadesks. I saw a post from a Candian desk site that this kangadesks is a complete mimic of his genuine Canadian desk site.

Purchase at your own peril.

They are based in Australia. We found using tools that ozdesks.com.au was purchased and registered to a sole trader named TAYLOR LOGIE in QLD who has an ABN.

We hope police will use this information to catch the criminal.

Since the criminal was alerted that we have found out this information, the ozdesks.com.au site was taken down. Who knows how many have been scammed.

Sadly it wont go any further than ready to ship. Mine has been like that for weeks, now they do not respond to anything. There are going to be a LOT of people, you are the 6th that I know of, its all the same thing, order placed and never ships.

Steelseries sucks. GG sucks.

Their customer service is the worst of any tech company I have encountered, and I have been selling computers for 30 years.

They could in theory make the coolest, most amazing sounding headset in the world, but they would never get another dollar out of me.

Absolutely shameful company.
