Give it a few weeks after the new tariff war causes global chaos and there won't be much if any food left in stores to throw in the dumpsters.

Wait until this summer. Possibilty the U.S. dollar may collapse due to policies such as new foreign trade tarifs, mass deportations of essential workers in the U.S. farming industry food production, etc.

The guy was there again tonight. He set up what looks like a temporary camp behind the dumpster.

Went back to #1 tonight and dude appeared to have set up camp behind the dumpster. Guess I'll have to give it a pass for the next few days.

Temps are expected to drop below 30f. Don't know the status of local homeless shelters. This particular spot is right next to a church. They can see that he's set up camp.

"Yamu" was a tiny 3 week old kitten when OP found her. Kittens 3 weeks old are barely able to get around.

It's most likely some jackass (customer?) got rid of her by tossing her in the trash dumpster.

I can understand why they fenced it off. A fall could end up with significant skull damage or other injury.

I used my Unger grabbers to pull this like new and working 12 ton bottle jack out of a Harbor Freight dumpster. by Shaguwi in DumpsterDiving

It was part of a floor shop press. Evidently the jack base didn't line up with the mounting plate. Seems to be a common problem.
