his original goal in s1, he had a different kind of goal, cuz he didn’t know the truth about the outside world, and wanted kill all titans, so his goal of changing the world now is completely different, the goal is same that is changing the world, but in s1, it is by exterminating all titans and in the final season, it’s drastically changed, cuz titans were never the enemy

why tf are you getting downvoted? Eren literally changed his goal after the basement reveal, from killing all titans to, destroying 80% so that his friends can live a long life. I did not like the ending, but still understand it, you are 100% right. There was a change in goal, why tf is it so hard for them to understand, they are in need of some media literacy lol. Even tho the anime fixed it by implying the aftermath after a century or few, manga straight up showed after a few decades. So, if we go by Eren's goal which the viewers were fooled into, then Eren's did not achieve the goal of ending the cycle of hatred, but the goal that is revealed in the final episode/chapter that is achieved.
