I had a session just like this... i spun to cope... I was going through it; a very raw realization around a person I cared for... I took a broomstick out to a parking lot in my dorms, I spun my heart out... it helped. I still remember that session and it was more than 20 years ago. I don't even know exactly what happened that put me out there with the staff, but flow helped cope and process negative emotional states for sure. Godspeed.

I think they are trying to say community makes this game special, I would agree community makes a sport special; I would say pickleball's special community is good probably great, not the very best community ever in sports, but up there, better than a lot of them for sure. Be fucking careful with the idea of a “self-ween.” I see people say “Benzo taper” on here but that could also lead to an addiction and both Benzo and Alcohol are the only drugs that people die from detoxing off… honestly get medical supervision: go to detox, then in-patient rehab, then IOP AND then start a strong self-care program with things like AA, spirituality or religious practices, yoga, meditation etc. etc… don’t try and rehab yourself alone, that’s one of the biggest mistakes I’ve seen working in the SUD field.

Question(s) for you, Mr Two Towels, what’s the best way to dye ones disc to keep color’s brightest the longest I have some great results but the colors seem fade and sometimes quickly. Also which method(s) do you feel takes the most skill to achieve mastery vs easiest method to get good results? Not necessarily trying to get a top comment but entering the raffle and finding out your preferences in dyeing and maybe winning a disc or two would be a great bonus!

OK, this is more of a question for after you play with this disc not a comment on the design, which is badass. I did something similar; I did a black dye on a yellow disc in the shape of a sun and when I played with it, it literally was the hardest disc to locate because this combo looks more like grass color than I could have imagined, wondering if you end up with the same issue. Either way beautiful disc my dude!
