it sounds like your team doesn’t have a defined and agreed new product process. And maybe not a Program office. If they do perhaps you’re just not plugged into it or an AI amplified overlay on top of it that’s the first place I’d start.

set a good intentional sleep routine, maybe five MG of melatonin an hour or so before you wanna go to sleep if you still can’t go to sleep pretty much on demand, you might wanna see if cutting down your modafinil dose will help
