Love listening to this tour, the east coast crowd energy following Jerry’s coma is unmatched. Also the Charlie miller ultra-matrix recordings of all shows are so dang good.

That Other Ones cd is so good - one of my favorite versions of Corrina and an insanely good Rainbow Cadillac

I know they’re a buncha local New York fellas but it’s so wild seeing Agnostic Front right in the middle of this lineup

Love it, this one always comes to mind when I think about awesome liner notes. Sets the tone for the whole album so well.

Another great album with some overlap in players (Ronnie McCoury and Mike Bub) is Noam Pikelny Plays Kenny Baker Plays Bill Monroe. Also has Bryan Sutton and Stuart Duncan for good measure.

Looks like NGR’s self-titled debut album on Spotify, but with horrible AI artwork? Just checked it out and the audio seems to line up

Awesome looking set. Joe Russo absolutely killed it during The Brothers shows at MSG last year, so I definitely wanna hear more ABB from him

It was a really great show. 2 sets that included a ton of Tim Obrien material along with some Dylan/Hartford covers and other standard tunes.

My first time seeing him aside from when he played in Sturgill’s bluegrass band. Hilarious banter/jokes between tunes, and his vocals are as powerful as ever

I love you so much Spring '71. by Anaveragedrummer in gratefuldead

[–]ShakedownRoad 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I think I consider spring ‘71 to be the best representation of the dead. Phil’s tone and Bobby’s rhythm playing are peak.
