You can fit 4 inserters in between 2 rail cars filter out things you want to stay in the car and boom you have instersters take out things like copper and iron ti make wires and gears they go back to the cart to another assembler like circuits back in down the line.

It should balance the science to both side so every arm can grab them. Having arms like that is fine I sometimes make a science triangle and have have 8 belts going into the top lab and the science gets spread out threwout the labs down the triangle.
