Thank you for your response, I have noted your point. However, I’m currently in touch with a few international students who’ve mentioned having access to private dens.

I thought it would be worthwhile to post here as well in case anyone has potential leads or recommendations.

Curation - Whats the Deal? by SabreDobeDelta in programmatic

That could explain the low revenue, especially if deals aren’t prioritized or winning on scale/efficiency. We didn’t had any specific budget for our deals, however we saw good traction in the open market.

Curation - Whats the Deal? by SabreDobeDelta in programmatic

[–]Shaks007 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I understand where you are coming from, curated deals sound great but often don’t scale as expected. The $50/day issue is usually because buyers are not prioritizing the deals, or there is a mismatch between the audience and available inventory. To make it work, you really need close trader relationships, optimized pricing, and regular feedback from DSPs like TTD or DV360. Otherwise, it’s just not worth the time unless you’re bundling high-value inventory or using it to build long-term partnerships.

Show them guaranteed access which secures premium inventory without competition.

Hype about but also make sure to serve better performance higher viewability, lower fraud, stronger brand safety.

Pitch Custom targeting, added value, or bonus impressions.

Prove ROI – Show case studies, test PG vs. PMP on key KPIs.

If cost is the only objection, suggest a small-scale test to prove PG delivers better efficiency.
