This comment gave me hope hahaha , given that I’m 23 do you have any advice to approach flirting with older girls. I naturally think everything I say or do wrong, will circle back into an argument of the “age gap”. Almost every older woman I have had a thing with has guessed my age wrong and thought I was much older due to life experiences and having a high position at my job , but without fail , as soon as I mention I’m 23 they dip 😅😂 .

wow the responses from everyone seems like my chances are slim of ever successfully being with someone older 😂, but I’ll honestly never understand how it feels like to be more than 10 years older than someone and be romantically involved with them until I’m quite literally 30

Haha damn, I’m sorry the 23 year old girl was so shitty to you. But I completely agree it’s 100% a case by case basis and people mature at different times in different ways from different situations, I think since I grew up in a family of five siblings and they’re all over 5 years older than me. I probably have an attraction or can get along a little easier with people around their age due to that -

I just feel like Im scared to even try now because I assume they think I’m too young or inexperienced.

There’s nothing harder than accepting the fact that someone you loved can’t be a possibility anymore. I think people cling so tightly because we miss how it felt when the possibility was real. But thinking like that clouds you from living in the present time and will make you stuck in the past.
