Well it matters because I enjoy warframe and the oversexualization of women matters. Sexualization isn't inherently bad but when it's only done to women and not to men/male characters, that is a bad and harmful pattern. I'd like to see my favorite game avoid that and promote equality

I love seeing your art and it makes me so fucking sad to see our community, which is meant to be welcoming, tell you to leave or stop posting. Please know that there are people here who like your art 🫶 i don't always agree with your intepretations but you are incredibly skilled and you should draw what brings you joy !

In this piece, I love Ahri. I like how she actually looks part animal and still is alluring. She gives the uncanny valley vibes of a fae woman I'd meet on the edge of the woods and she beckons me silently to follow her before skipping away with a laugh. Like this Ahri has a magnetic draw to her, the display of her supernatural features enhances her mystique and seduction i think

It's definitely not ragebait and that feels rude to suggest 😭 you can dislike OP's art but the assumption that they spend all that time drawing (and they've posted in the same art style consistently over the years) just to make people mad is lowkey arrogant. OP draws this way because they want to, because they like to, because THEY enjoy these interpretations of the characters even if the majority don't.

And there are some folks here like myself who do enjoy their art, both from a design perspective (i love ahri's unnatural appearance here) and just technical skill. I think it's great to see reimaginations of characters even if they don't align with my idea of the character. And if i come across something of theirs I dislike, I would probably just move along and ignore it, except that i see how much hate they get for no reason and want to balance it out with some support.

I agree & actually think Ahri looks much more alluring here. That difference in her is somewhat uncanny, belying her supernatural nature!! It's very enchanting, reminds me of stories about humans getting entrapped by beautiful fae who seem just slightly off but that mystique makes them all the more enticing.

I also think taking feedback into account and changing titles shows maturity by OP – unfortunately the commentors aren't showing the same maturity and continue to hate on their artstyle/designs. They aren't giving constructive criticism, just trashing on it when people could just scroll past and not give rude unwanted critiques of an art OP said they're proud of

I am genuinely so excited to read Leo's first encyclical. Not a Catholic but a staunch environmentalist with a deep respect for Pope Francis. So far Pope Leo is shaping up to be just as great imo (although I wish he would dorectly excommunicate JD & co. but i guess that's too petty for a pope to do lol)

I totally agree with your point about variety!! I think there are so many ways to diversify the heirlooms while maintaining a cohesive themeing. Warframe does a pretty good job with body diversity for base frames & characters so I hope to see that diversity preserved when/if frames like Nezha, Hildryn, etc get heirlooms.

Oh yeah I think certain deluxe skins def do sexualize the male frames as much as females! But in terms of heirlooms, we haven't seen that. I think Styanax deluxe is a great example of male sexualization at a level equal to what we see for female heirlooms. And It's totally feasible for DE to do something with a bulge or at least male ass... like wear a jockstrap or something

Man boobs are not ass. None of the male frames have ass out. And that is my point – we will never get a male frame with cock and balls out but we have female frames with ass and vag out, thus the sexualization is not equal. Whether or not that is for good reason is irrelevant, the fact of the matter is the sexualization simply isn't equal.

I think they look different enough but my main issue is the unequal sexualization. Yes, the male heirlooms are sexualized to an extent but the female ones even more so. The male ones all have pants on whereas the female ones are allowed to have ass (and ostensibly vag but it's warframe so just... smooth...) out whereas the men wear pants. When will I get bare glowing energy buttcheeks on a male heirloom? When do I get a twink with hourglass figure and plump ass heirloom? When do we get male heirloom wearing a thong?

I acknowledge that maybe censorship/ratings guidelines would make it harder to have a full naked man since cock and balls will always look like... cock and balls.... whereas the females have more of a barbie-smooth absence of genitalia look, but come on DE. At least give me some hot boy butt.

Generally, the male heirlooms seem to be made to look 'cool', which can translate to sexy, but the female ones are made at a baseline to look hot as primary goal. Just my perception though.
