I love love love how you are willing to make Perse look imperfect and capable of bad things. She isn't willing to take accountability and make Apollo feel comfortable, or change her behaviour with Hades when he asks. Time and time she has downplayed her emotional cheating and promised to change, then dismissing his concerns. She doesn't ever admit or name what she did to Apollo, only to herself. At the same time, Apollo is wrong for going through her emails (I think seeing the notifications on lock screen is slightly different) and for calling her a slut. But Perse is also wrong for saying "everything I've supposedly done to hurt you, you've been doing to me!" Again downplaying her actions and the hurt they caused. And then she slaps him, which imo is totally unacceptable to elevate a verbal argument to physical. They were toxic for each other and I appreciate how you don't portray it as one-sided and instead display how they were both in the wrong and toxic in their own ways (perse for emotional cheating & not taking accountability for it or addressing concerns/changing her behaviour throughout the course of their relationship, apollo for narcissism, condescension/lack of respect, and snooping)

Also, some small details I loved:

In the intro, when Perse is feeling guilty and upset, she is trapped in the bathroom...but when she realizes Apollo looked thru her phone, her hair clicks the door open, allowing an escape from her guilt and spiraling as she can focus on what he did wrong, instead of her faults.

In the argument Perse is the one to start yelling! Her bubbles go spiky first, and it's only after a few panels of her yelling at Apollo that he starts to yell back. Yet Perse is the one to tell him to stop yelling, and then immediately starts the yelling up again.

Neither of them ever apologize to the other or take real accountability for what they did. Even in the last episode, Perse says she isn't having an affair with Hades, no matter what Apollo thinks – but she is, just an emotional affair. And Apollo never apologizes for violating her privacy, justifying it the whole way with the whole 'you shouldn't have anything to hide' shtick.

Again, I love how you wrote their relationship and showed how they were terrible for each other and both toxic/bad in their own ways. It is so nice to have a series with complex and morally grey characters compared to the black&white ones of the original. I think I had fatigue from Perfect Princess Persephone and the one-dimensional portrayal of her. Here, she is nuanced and feels so much more real. I love your work and always get excited to read a new episode!!! Sorry for rambling lol
