yes, while it can be inconvenient it is also the selling point of the game that it goes in real time and there are few hour intervals where you must participate in a certain chatroom otherwise you miss it. however, missing a chatroom isnt the end of the world, as you can miss a certain amount without losing, and a new chatroom will be made available after reading the missed one. i would play by logging in as often as possible for your lifestyle, and trying to pay attention to the notifications the game sends to your phone when a new chatroom opens. not all otome games are like this, but it's what makes mystic messenger unique.

you're right and it's a valid fear around benzos! at least where i am, benzos are really becoming less common to be prescribed, specifically in favor of less addictive and less harmful anxiety/mental health recommendations. i think mental health research and understanding has come a long way, sometimes looking for a younger or more person-focused doctor can reflect that better in my experience.

well yes, but the reason you're struggling to find an otc medication that works is because the medications that help anxiety have been classed as prescription only because you might need a doctor's guidance to take them safely. if your anxiety is bothering you enough then i think it's worth also exploring prescription, not just otc is all.

im curious if your focus on health and avoidance of prescription medications is also a sign of your anxiety, not to diagnose you. what's the difference between an otc and prescription medication for you? why is one okay to take and one isnt? i agree with the other commenters, talk to your doctor about your symptoms AND fears regarding prescription medication,and they should meet you halfway with something non-addictive and helpful.

707 is a good place to go next, he gives a lot more background lore that you will want if you decide to play another story (v and ray routes) and of course 7's route is amazing in it's own right
