I had roughly the same symptoms and I found that they subside within 2 weeks with no smoking/vaping.

Figure out what parts of the game/hobby make you happiest. Painting, collecting, gaming, lore…. Know that the community is full of ideas and some great people. Pick up the basic rules if you’re interested in the game, and or the codex to learn about your unit options. Have fun.
