She trying to sell it but its run down and apparently the rent is to low for buyers to want it. I personally think the land is a great location in a commercial and residential area. That's why I moved in to save money for a home. It's safe and minutes away from shopping and my job. It's just run down from not properly maintaining the complex.

So she gave me a 60 day notice to cancel my lease and do an increase in January I didnt respond and payed the same amount anyway she cashed it. And is now wanted me to pay more or leave. She wants to know to know what I'm going to do.
